On AeroCool coolers, secure ¼” tubing within 18″ where tubing is attached to side of wet section.
On all window and mobile models, operating the unit without front discharge grill in place will cause the motor to over heat and shut off until it cools down.
Check the water distribution system to make sure there is sufficient water to the pads and check pads to ensure they are not clogged. If pads are not wet, check to see if recirculating pump is operating. Follow the procedures in owner’s manual for servicing the pump. Remove the pump from cooler and plug it into another electrical outlet. If it still not working replace pump. Remember to periodically check the pads, clean them and/or replace as needed.
The CFM rating for the units can be found on the brochures for each unit.
